Nowadays many people are suffering
from obesity. And fat people always try to do a diet and eat balanced meals. Some
people claim that a balanced diet and meals is the key to healthy life. In this
essay I am going to write about the importance of diet and how it affects our
life if we do it in the wrong way.
First of all some people do a
balanced diet to reduce their weight because this diet makes their bodies reduce
quickly and easily in a short time. But they don’t know that their bodies get
affected the body needs some special food to get power. Some diets make the
brain get confused and unable to concentrate because of lake of vitamins. The
body and the brain need to activity and we can get it from some meals.
Some people eat balanced meals but
on the other hand they try to do some exercises to maintain the health of their
bodies. This way is very useful because they keep their bodies away from
obesity.
All in all, diet is very important
but also we need to eat some meals that give us power and do some exercises to
avoid obesity.
